| Abstract: | In this study, a survey of cattle for neutralizing antibodies to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in Turkey is presented. 490 serum samples were collected from several state farms and some private flocks in different regions of Turkey. The serologic examination was done by the microtiter serum-neutralization technique. In this report, a positive serum antibody titer at dilutions of 1:2 was demonstrated in 226 (46.12%) of the 490 sera tested. |
