摘    要:[目的] 研究保幼激素类似物苯氧威对仓储害虫黄粉虫生长发育的影响。[方法] 配制6种不同浓度苯氧威,采用点滴法处理黄粉虫,分别观察苯氧威对黄粉虫体重增加量、发育历期、死亡率、化蛹率、羽化率、雌性率、超龄率、畸形率的影响。[结果]10.00ng/μl苯氧威使黄粉虫化蛹率、羽化率和雌蛹率显著减少,明显地引起黄粉虫的超龄和畸形;而100.00ng/μl苯氧威可明显增加黄粉虫死亡率。[结论]苯氧威对仓储害虫黄粉虫生长发育具有显著的抑制作用,能有效控制黄粉虫的危害。

The Effect of Fenoxycarb on the Growth and Development of Tenebrio molitor

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of juvenile hormone analogues fenoxycarb on growth and development of storage pests of Tenebrio molitor.[Method] Tenebrio molitor was treated with prepared six kinds of different concentrations fenoxycarb by topical application method,the effect of the fenoxycarb on the weight gain,development duration,mortality,pupation rate,eclosion rate,the female rate,overage rates and malformation rate of Tenebrio molitor were observed.[Result] The pupation,eclosion and female pupae rates of Tenebrio molitor were significantly reduced when using 10.00 ng/μl fenoxycar,it can significantly cause overage and malformation of Tenebrio molitor,the mortality was significantly increased when using 100.00 ng/μl fenoxycarb.[Conclusion] The inhibition of fenoxycarb to the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor was significantly,it can effectively control the damage of Tenebrio molitor.
