水芹营养器官的结构分析

对水芹的根、茎、叶营养器官做了解剖观察。观察结果表明,根中的通气组织发达,幼根中的木质部为二原型,老根中的为三原型。水芹有地上茎和地下茎2种:地上茎为实心,表皮下的机械组织发达,呈束状分布;基本组织细胞中具有较多的叶绿体,维管束散生在基本组织中,呈一圈排列,其木质部在内侧,韧皮部在外侧。地下茎为管状,中心的基本组织降解为空腔,维管束散生呈一圈排列在基本组织中。叶片上表皮下只有一层栅栏组织,3~5层海绵组织,其中散生着维管束。叶肉细胞中的叶绿体发达。

The anatomy structure of root, stem and leaf of Oenanthe stolonifera DC. was observed. The aerenchyma in roots is evident. In young roots, xylem is diarch stele, however, in older roots, xylem is triarch stele. The stems of O. stolonifera DC have two types: subterranean and terrestrial stem, the former is hollow and the later solid.
