| 摘 要： | 采用田间试验,对比了脱落酸、水杨酸、赤霉素、乙烯利4种植物生长调节剂对烤烟上部叶烤后烟叶中性致香物质的影响。结果表明:以高浓度的脱落酸处理最优,其类胡萝卜素降解产物、类西柏烷类香气物质、新植二烯含量,以及中性香气物质总量均最高,其中对烟叶香味品质有重要作用的苯甲醇、苯乙醛、糠醛、2-乙酰基吡咯、β-大马酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯、巨豆三烯酮Ⅱ、巨豆三烯酮Ⅳ、3-氢基-β-二氢大马酮、法尼基丙酮和茄酮的含量均有不同程度的提高。可见高浓度的脱落酸处理能提高上部烟叶中性致香物质的含量,有利于改善烟叶的内在品质。
