牛遗传图谱的研究进展

20世纪90年代以来，牛遗传图谱发展非常迅速。到目前为止，已经公布了几个版本的遗传图谱。在图谱上DNA标记不断增加，标记间隔越来越小，但是目前图谱还是存在着标记密度不均匀等问题。随着牛基因组计划的完成，基因组学和QTL定位的发展，尤其是表达序列标签（EST）在图谱构建中的应用，牛的遗传图谱将更加完善，为重要经济性状的基因定位和基因克隆奠定了基础。

Progress of Research on Genetic Map of Cattle

In the 20th century later, it has made progress in cattle genetic map. At present, There are several versions of cat- tle genetic map. A new DNA marker is increasing in genetics map. Now, the interval of maker become short. But, there are some matters that interval of markers are not equality on the genetic linkage map of the bovine genome. With the cattle geno- me plan completed, genome and QTL developed, especially genetic map construction is used by expressed sequence tags, cattle genetic map will perfect. These are a base of gene mapping and gene clone about important economic traits.
