壳斗科格氏栲和栲树的核型分析

摘    要:本文首次报道了壳斗科栲属格氏栲Castanopsis Kawakamii Hayata和栲树Castanopsis fargesii Franch的核型分析结果。研究结果发现格氏栲和栲树的染色体数目均为2n=24;由中部着丝点染色体(m)和近中部着丝点染色体(Sm)组成。二者核型类型均为2B型,格氏栲核型公式为2n=24=18m+2m_(sa(?))+4Sm;栲树核型公式为2n=24=18m+5Sm+1Sm_(sat),二者存在一定的差异。

Abstract:Karyotypical analysis of Castanopsis kawakamii and Castanopsis far-gesii is carried out for the first time, and the number of chromosomes in gro-wing tip cell of root is found to be 2n = 24 ( Fig. 1 and 2 ). According to the classification systems given by Levan et al, the karyotype formula of Cast-anopsis kawakamii Hayata is therefore K(2n) = 24 = 18m + 2msat + 4sm,the karyotype formula of Castanopsis fargesii Franch is therefore K(2n) = 24 = 18m + 5Sm + lSmsat .
