摘    要:以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了4种不同强度干旱胁迫对烤烟大田期叶片质膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果表明:烤烟叶片的质膜透性和丙二醛含量均随着干旱胁迫时间的延长而增大,与干旱胁迫强度呈正相关.同一干旱胁迫强度下,烟草叶片质膜透性和丙二醛含量的增幅不同,旺长期和成熟期大于伸根期.

Abstract:Four different drought stresses were used in K326,a tobacco variety,to study the effects on the malondiadehyde content and cell membrane permeability in leaves at the field period.The results showed that the cell membrane permeability and malondiadehyde content in leaves increased with increase of drought stress time,and there is a positive correlation between cell membrane permeability,malondiadehyde content and drought stress intensity.The cell membrane permeability and malondiadehyde content in leaves at the vigorous growth stage and mature stage is higher than that at the root extending stage under the same drought stress.
