| 摘 要： | 以民和县为例,应用数据分析了退耕还林(草)后的生态和社会效应,结果表明,退耕工程实施后改善了区域水土流失状况和微气候环境,优化了农村的产业结构,增加了农民收入,但仍存在退耕后剩余劳动力的转移等问题;针对存在的问题提出了发展特色农业形成农业产业链等后续发展的建议。 |

Analysis of the Effect of Returning Farmland into Forest and Grassland in Minhe County and Its Continuance Development |

| Abstract: | Taking Minhe County as an example,data were used to analyze the ecological and social impact on the returning farmland into forest and grassland.Result showed that after implementing the project,it improved the status of water and soil erosion and the microclimate environment,optimized agricultural configuration,increased the peasantry income.But many problems still existed,such as the transfer of the surplus labor.In order to solve these issues,continuance development advice,including developing characteristic agriculture and forming the industry chain,were proposed.Sustainable development countermeasures for the returning farmland into forest and grassland of Minhe County were put forward |
