摘 要: | [目的]建立FMV35S基因启动子环介导等温扩增的检测方法.[方法]建立一种检测食品和饲料中FMV35S转基因成分的环介导恒温扩增(LAMP)检测方法,并利用实时浊度法对该LAMP检测方法进行灵敏度、特异性和稳定性评价.[结果]该方法的检测限为0.5%,特异性和稳定性良好.采用LAMP法与荧光PCR方法进行了实际样品对比检测,结果一致可靠.[结论]可采用LAMP法对食品和饲料中FMV35S转基因成分进行检测.

Abstract: | [Objective] To establish a method to detect genetically modified plant FMV35S promoter in food and feeds using loop-mediated isothermal amplification.[Method] A method was established to detect FMV35S gene in food and feed using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).The stability,specificity and sensitivity of the LAMP assay was evaluate by real-time turbidity method.[Result] The results showed that the concentration which LAMP assay can detect is as low as 0.5% (W/W),and the stability and specificity of the test is satisfied.[Conclusion] Comparing with the testing results between the real-time methods and LAMP method,it is confirmed that the method could be used to analyze FMV35S genetically modified ingredients in food or feed. |
