青海湖小泊湖湿地不同群落土壤有机碳、氮研究

摘    要:[目的]研究小泊湖湿地不同群落下土壤SOC、N的剖面分布规律。[方法]选取高寒湿地生态系统下的青海湖小泊湖湿地作为研究对象,对不同群落类型土壤SOC、N的含量及在土壤剖面中的垂直分布特征及差异性进行分析。[结果]研究区不同群落类型下土壤SOC及N含量差异显著;SOC和N含量在剖面分布上表现为表层大于底层;SOC在剖面的变异系数大于土壤N的变异系数。[结论]研究区土壤有机质的腐殖化程度越高,有机碳含量越大,有机氮越容易矿化,土壤碳氮比相对较低。

Research on the Distribution of Organic Carbon and Nitrogen of Different Plant Communities Soils in Xiaobohu Wetlands of Qinghai Lake

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to study the cross-sectional distribution of soil organic carbon( SOC) and nitrogen in different plant communities soils in Xiaobohu wetlands.[Method]Selected the alpine ecosystem of Xiaobohu wetlands of Qinghai lake as the research object,the content of SOC and nitrogen of different plant communities soils,the vertical distribution characteristics and differences in soil profiles were analyzed.[Result]The content of SOC and nitrogen between different plant communities soils were significant,the content of SOC and nitrogen in surface soil were higher than that of underlying soil in the cross-sectional distribution. The variation coefficient of SOC in soil profile was greater than that of nitrogen.[Conclusion]The soil carbon and nitrogen ratio is relatively low indicated a higher humification degree of soil organic matter,the greater content of organic carbon,the easier mineralization of organic nitrogen in the study area.
