电子束辐射羽衣甘蓝红鸥干种子对植物性状的影响

摘    要:利用不同剂量的电子束辐照羽衣甘蓝红鸥成熟干种子,探索电子束辐照对其植株生长性状的影响,结果表明,电子束辐照对羽衣甘蓝红鸥的生物学性状的影响不明显,但对栅栏组织解剖结构的厚度、植株株高和叶绿素b含量的影响达到显著水平,同时提高了植株的抗病虫害能力,提早了M1的花期。

Abstract:Ripe dry seeds of Ornamental cabbage(Red gull) were irradiated by different dosage of electron beam,and the effects on growth and development of plants were studied.The results indicated that the effect on biological properties is not evident after electron beam irradiation,but the effects of palisade parenchyma thickness and tree height and chlorophyll b content were significant different.And this irradiation increased the resistant ability to the diseases and pests of plant and advanced M1 florescence.
