植物源农药川楝素UAE方法研究

摘    要:为了优化植物源农药川楝素的超声波辅助提取工艺,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了超声时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度、液料比对川楝素提取率的影响.结果表明,影响川楝素提取率的主次因素为乙醇浓度、超声功率、超声提取时间、液料比;经正交试验确定川楝素最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度80%,超声提取时间为35min,超声功率为450 W...
