摘    要:目的]解决加工番茄种植与番茄酱厂产能之间需求不平衡的问题,为番茄酱加工期内日收获产量与加工产能匹配问题提出一种规划决策方法,减少原料的浪费,提高酱厂的生产效率.方法]通过建立番茄种植面积与产量的数学模型,运用最优控制理论,基于拉格朗日乘子法求解番茄的最优种植方案.结果]以新疆某番茄酱厂及当地加工番茄种植为例,通过将番茄实际产量和规划产量进行对比,该方法提出的种植计划能够提高番茄的加工效益.结论]最优控制理论在农产品种植规划方面具有应用价值和实际意义.

Abstract:Objective]Optimal Control Theory was used in this paper to build a mathematical model between tomato planting area and ketchup output in solving the imbalance between tomato planting and processing.Method]It is proposed that the output of ketchup should be maximized through planning sound proportion of different kinds of tomatoes.Result]A certain ketchup factory in Xinjiang and the local tomato output was taken as the examples to certify that the optimum planting scheme could be raised in this way. Conclusion]Planning in the agricultural cultivation of the Optimal Control Theory has application value and practical significance.
