| Abstract: | Combination with ‘Merge and Growth’-the theme of 2009 Annual Meeting of Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture,this paper discusses current situation and difficulties that face Chinese Landscape Architecture through analysis of three issues: unifying of the name of Landscape Architecture discipline;establishment of education evaluation system and registered landscape architect system.The authors point out that the unification of the discipline name is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the discipline;the establishment of the education evaluation system is the foundation for the sustainable development of the discipline;and the setting up of registered landscape architect system is the impetus for the sustainable development of the discipline. |
