| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对莽吉柿果皮的脂肪酸及其它脂溶性成分进行了分析。从莽吉柿果皮油状物中共分离出43种成分,其质谱经Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定了其中31种成分。
