莽吉柿果皮中脂肪酸及其它脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对莽吉柿果皮的脂肪酸及其它脂溶性成分进行了分析。从莽吉柿果皮油状物中共分离出43种成分,其质谱经Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定了其中31种成分。

Abstract:The fatty acids and other liposoluble components from the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana L.were analysised by GC-MS.43 compounds were obtained and 31of them were identified by means of indexing the spectrum storeroom.
