摘    要:通过黄麻涌竖井双向贯流泵站机组结构的选型与研究,介绍了竖井双向贯流式机组的(水力模型、齿轮箱、轴承、密封、电动机等设备)的结构型式、技术参数及选型原则,阐述了竖井双向贯流式机组具有结构简单、安装维修方便、安全可靠、装置运行效率高等优点。分析了竖井两侧流道的结构型式,对竖井内设备的结构与安装进行了研究,提出了改进的意见。竖井双向贯流泵站可在河网地区的农田排涝灌溉泵站工程及城市防洪排涝引水泵站工程中应用与推广。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structural characteristics, technical parameters and the type-selection of the devices for bifurcate silo tubular pump sets, such as the hydraulic models, gear cases, bearings and sealing, and motors, on the basis of type selection and study of bifurcate silo tubular pump sets in Huangmayong Pumping Station. It is expatiated that the bifurcate silo tubular pump set has the merits of simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, and high operation efficiency in actual use. The passage structure mode on two sides of the silo is analyzed, and the structure and installation of the equipments inside the silo are also studied. Suggestions on improvement of the pump set are also proposed so that it can be widely used in the projects of irrigation, waterlogging and flood control in the areas with river networks.
