小白菜内生假单胞菌XBC-PS的生防作用

摘    要:从小白菜植株内分离得到假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)菌株XBC-PS,通过浸种或喷雾接种在小白菜、大白菜和菜薹植株内定殖。培养基平板培养测定,XBC-PS对7种病原菌有较强的拮抗作用。盆栽防病试验结果表明,XBC-PS对小白菜炭疽病和霜霉病的防治效果分别为76.7%和72.9%。

Abstract:A bacteria strain of XBC - PS was isolated from pakchoi and identified as Pseudomonas sp.. XBC - PS could colonize in pakchoi, Chinese cabbage and flowering Chinese cabbage by soaking the seeds or spraying inoculation. The results of pairing culture showed that XBC - PS had strong antagonism against 7 strains of pathogens. The potted experiments indicated that the control efficacy of XBC - PS against pakchoi anthracnose and downy mildew were 76.7 % and 72.9 %, respectively.
