摘    要:为了加强中国绿豆种质资源的搜集、保护和研究,为培育高产、优质绿豆新品种提供理想亲本,对37份绿豆种质根据形态综合性状进行聚类分析,分析性状和种质之间的相互关系。结果表明,11个指标的平均变异系数为18.45%,平均多样性指数为1.22;前8个主成分特征值的累积贡献率达94.78%,各主成分包含的信息有一定相关性,从中选出了影响力较大的7个性状,综合反映了经济性状和质量性状;37份材料按遗传距离远近划分为五大组群,各组群特征表现各异,说明中国绿豆资源遗传多样性丰富。该实验结果将有利于今后更好的利用形态指标评定绿豆品种及根据分类结果更好的利用这些材料的遗传背景,拓宽育种亲本的选配范围。

Abstract:

In order to strengthen the mung bean germplasm collection, protection and research, to provide ideal parents for cultivating high yield and quality mung bean. Based on the data statistical analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis method, we studied the coefficient of variation, genetic diversity index and intervarietal genetic distance of 37 mung bean germplasm resources and their 11 phenotypic traits. The average coefficient of variation was 18.45%, and the average diversity index was 1.22. The additive contributing rate of the first eight principal components amounts to 94.78%, and according to the relativity, 8 major discriminating characteristics were selected to reflect the comprehensive economic character and quality character. According to the genetic distance, the 37 materials were divided into 5 groups. Each group had different characteristics and showed abundant genetic diversity. This results are beneficial for us to use various characters to evaluate mung bean and widen the range of selection for breeding parents.
