污染TMV的烤烟漂浮育苗盘和育苗池的消毒方法研究

摘    要: 针对当前烤烟漂浮育苗中漂浮盘、育苗池重复使用可能污染TMV的问题,通过浸泡、喷雾熏蒸方法试验高锰酸钾、漂白粉、福尔马林3种消毒药剂和毒消、邦尔、育宝、斯美地、线克5种农药对污染TMV的漂浮盘、育苗池的消毒效果。结果是高锰酸钾、福尔马林、毒消、育宝、斯美地、线克等能有效预防污染的TMV侵染烟苗。

Abstract:To test the disinfecting effectness for floating tray and floating pool polluted by TMV in the floating-seedling system, the different disinfectants by sprayed different disinfector over the floating pool and tray, and the floating tray marinated in the different disinfectants. The optimum disinfector and sterilizing agent and method for floating pool and floating tray are proposed after making experiment on sterilizing agent and method. As a result, sprayed potassium permanganate, formalin, C13-C15 mix fatty acid, or metam-sodium over floating tray and floating pool are available disinfectors for the floating-seedling system.
