| 摘 要： | 通过对月见草(Oenothera biennis L.)苗期的NaCl胁迫处理和参照试验,研究苗期月见草在不同质量分数NaCl情况下的生长、光合作用变化和几个重要的植物生理指标。结果表明:月见草比叶面积、qP和F′v/F′m参数随NaCl质量分数的增加先上升后下降,在NaCl质量分数为0.05%时值最大;叶绿素、净光合速率、电子传导率及气孔导度均随NaCl质量分数的增加而降低;丙二醛质量摩尔浓度随NaCl质量分数的增加而增大。这些都表明NaCl质量分数的增加对月见草的生理及光合作用有抑制作用,但是低质量分数NaCl(0.05%)在某种程度上对月见草的生长有促进作用。

| Abstract: | The changes in growth indexes,photosynthetic indexes and several important physiological indexes of Oenothera biennis were studied by salt (NaCl) stress treatment and control test of O. biennis seedlings.
