水芹花器官的解剖学研究

摘    要:对水芹(Oenanthe decumbens)花器官结构进行解剖学研究。研究结果表明,水芹花萼和花冠都呈片状,仅花萼内部细胞中含有大量叶绿体,而花冠中没有;花柱为实心型,内部没有特殊的引导组织,在花柱中有两个分泌道结构;花药结构与普通植物类似,花药壁由四层细胞组成,分别为表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层;药室中的花粉发育正常,开花时可进行传粉;胚珠中的胚囊发育正常,可分化出卵器细胞核中央细胞的极核。以上结果表明,水芹花器官发育正常,具有进行有性生殖的基础。

Abstract:In this paper, we studied the anatomy of flower organs of water dropwort (Oenanthe decumbers). The results showed that, the calyx and eorolla of water dropwort were sheet organs. There were many ehlnruplasts in calyx cells, but not in eorolla cells. The style was solid, which had not special transmitting tissue inside, and there were two seeretory struetures in the style. The anther structure was similar to the common plants, and the anther wall consisted of four layer cells, including cutieular layer, endnthecium, middle layer and tapetum. The pollen grew naturally in the anther cells and could pollinate when the flowers blossomed. The emhryo sac developed normally in the ovule and couh:t differentiate into polar nucleus cells. The resuhs showed that the flower nrgans of water dropwort grew naturally whieh provided the basis for the sexual reproduction.
