黄岩茭白产业发展再思考

摘    要:通过分析黄岩茭白产业发展现状,发现其具有产业布局区域化、规模化,核心技术支撑力强、销售渠道持续拓展、采后冷链环节迅速发展等明显特点,但仍存在组织化程度低,秋茭潜力未发挥,废茎叶利用技术滞后,效益不稳定等问题,并对今后一个时期黄岩茭白持续发展提出了加大品种结构优化、加速技术创新、强化组织建设、加大冷链建设力度,推进废茎叶综合利用等对策、措施。

Abstract:In this paper, we analyzed the development status of water bamboo industry in Huangyan district, and the local water bamboo industry possessed the obvious characteristics of regional and large-scale industry layout, strong support of core technology, continuous development of sales channel and rapid development of postharvest cold chain system, but there were still problems in the water bamboo production, such as low degree of organization, low yield of autumn water bamboo, outdated utilization technology of waste stems and leaves, unstable benefit and so on. For promoting sustainable development of water bamboo industry in Huangyan, we put forward the countermeasures on increasing the optimization of cuhivar structure, accelerating technology innovation, strengthening organization construction, increasing construction force of cold chain and promoting the comprehensive utilization of wasted stems and leaves.
