牛初乳免疫球蛋白(IgG)的测定

摘    要:实验用两种方法测定了牛初乳中IgG的含量 ,并对结果进行了比较。结果表明 :第 1天初乳中IgG含量最高 ,为43 2 7mg/ml,之后迅速递减 ,到第 6天基本降至常乳水平。两种方法测定的结果之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但免疫比浊测定法稳定 ,重复性好 ,精确度高。

Abstract:Two methods were used to measure IgG concentration in bovine colostrums and their precision and statistical significance were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference between these methods, and Immunoturbidimetric Assay was reliable with high sensitivity, precision and specificity. IgG concentration was the highest in the first milking colostrums after postpartum, average concentration of IgG was 43.27mg/ml, it decreased dramatically with the laction, up to normal milk level in 6 days.
