| 摘 要： | 在干旱胁迫条件下，测定4种过路黄的细胞质外渗率、MDA含量、SOD活性、POD活性、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量等理化指标，利用隶属函数法对材料进行抗旱性综合评价。通过综合隶属函数值评定的抗旱性强弱顺序为：广西过路黄>花叶过路黄、金叶过路黄>聚花过路黄。同时表明，抗旱性是一个综合指标。

| Abstract: | The drought resistance of four Lysimachia species under drought stress was evaluated with subordinate function, and the physiological and biochemical indexes such as exosmosis rate of cytoplasm，content of malondialdehyde(MDA)，activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and pemxidase(POD)，content of proline，soluble sugar and soluble protein were measures．The results indicated that the order of drought resistance Was-"Lysimachia alfredii> Lysimachia christinae ‘huaye’and Lysimachia nummularia‘Aurea’> Lysimachia congestiflora．This experiment showed that plant drought resistance was a comprehensive index． |
