中草药提取物对香蕉镰刀菌枯萎病病原菌的抑制作用

摘    要:本研究测试了 123 种常见中草药提取物对香蕉镰刀菌枯萎病病原菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,供试提取物 100 倍稀释液对菌株 B1 的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用在 50 %以上的分别有 15 种和 14 种;对菌株B2 的菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制作用在 50 %以上的提取物分别有 7 种和 9 种。进一步测试发现,经过 200 倍 稀释,只有丁香提取物和厚朴提取物对菌株 B1 的菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制作用均达到 50 %以上。丁香提取物对菌株 B1 和菌株 B2 菌丝生长的抑制中浓度分别为 3 396.31 μg/mL 和 3 375.87 μg/mL。

Abstract:Extracts of 123 common Chinese herbs diluted 100 times were tested for their inhibitory effects against2 isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Cubense. The extracts from 15 species and 14 species of Chinese herbs were found to inhibit mycelia growth and spores germination of F. oxysporum isolate B1 by more than 50 % respec- tively, and 7 species and 9 species of Chinese herbs had an over 50 % inhibitory rate against mycelia growth and spores germination of F. oxysporum isolate B2 separately. The extracts from Flossyzygii aromatici and Magnolia of- ficinalis Rehd.et Wils were the only two having more than 50 % inhibitory effect against mycelia growth and spores germination of F. oxysporum isolate B1. The extract from F. aromatici was the only one that had more than 50 % inhibitory effect against mycelia growth and spores germination of F. oxysporum isolate B2. The 50 % effective con- centrations(EC 50 )ofthe extract ofF. aromatici against mycelia growth ofthe isolates B1 and B2 were 3 396.31 μg/mL and 3 375.87 μg/mL, respectively.
