| 摘 要： | 用自制试剂盒和美国Affinitech-IB抗体检测试剂盒检测108份鸡血清样品,共检出阳性血清69份,其中有5份血清用自制试剂盒检测为阳性血清,而用美国Affinitech-IB抗体检测试剂盒检测为阴性。这69份阳性血清经其他试验证实为阳性。与Affinitech-IB试剂盒相比,自制试剂盒的敏感性和特异性分别为100%、88.6%。结果表明:自制试剂盒是用来检测和监测鸡血清中鸡传染性支气管炎抗体水平的一个具有敏感、特异、简便等特点的良好工具。

| Abstract: | Developed and Affinitech IB antibody test kits were used to measure antibogy to IB in total of 108 serum specimens. 69 positive serum samples were diagnosed by Developed and Affinitech IB antibody test kits. Among the 69 positive serum samples, 5 serum samples were positive on Developed ELISA, but negative on Affinitech ELISA. 69 positive serumu samples were confirmed by other tests. Compared with Affinitech IB antibody test kits, the sensitivity and specificity of the developed ELIEA were 100% and 88,6% respectively. The result showed that developed ELISA was sensitive, rapid and accurate for measuring IB antibody in serum. |
