| Abstract: | A new method-Project Cycle Management (PCM) for overseas technology cooperative development by the Japan International Cooperative Agency (JICA) was introduced. A case study of this method in the Sino Nippon technology cooperative project-The Integrated Development Plan for Waterlogged Land in the Four lake Area of Jianghan Plain, Hubei Province, China, was discussed. |
