复合防腐—抑芽剂对净装马铃薯保鲜效果的研究

摘    要:以马铃薯品种"新大坪"为试验材料,采用净装马铃薯保鲜处理工艺,研究了复合防腐-抑芽剂对净装马铃薯贮藏过程中发芽和腐烂抑制效果。研究结果表明:复合防腐-抑芽剂可有效降低马铃薯贮藏过程中的发芽和腐烂,在常温和低温贮藏条件下,其保鲜剂抑芽率均达到100%,其中以复合0.1g/kg仲丁胺防腐剂的抑芽效果最佳,马铃薯在低温下贮藏8个月的腐烂率降为8.33%,较CK降低85%。

Abstract:This paper set the "xindaping'potato as test materals, used the clean potato to fresh-keeping craft, controlling effect of sucker controlling agent compound different antiseptic to germination and rotten of potato storing were studied.The results showed that the sucker controlling agent compound different antiseptic reduced effectively the pqtato to germination and rotten. Regardless of the normal temperature or the cold storage ,its controlling the bud rate were 100%, sucker controlling agent and 0.1g/ kg "zhongdingan" was best treatment, the potato storage 8 months, the rottening rate to reduce to 8.33%, compare CK to reduce 85%.
