3种观赏藤本植物耐旱性研究

摘    要:对3种观赏藤本植物金银花(Lonicera japonica)、桂叶老鸭嘴(Thunbergia grandiflora)、猫爪(Macfadyena un-guis-cati)进行水分胁迫处理,观察不同时期植物的形态变化并测定其生理生化指标。结果表明:当植物受到水分胁迫时,叶片的可溶性蛋白质的含量先增加后下降,可溶性糖的含量增加。3种藤本植物抗旱性由强到弱的顺序为:金银花>猫爪花>桂叶老鸭嘴。

Abstract:Three species of ornamental lianas(Lonicera japonica,Thunbergia grandiflora and Macfadyena unguis-cati) were examined to study their draught resistance.Some physiological and morphological indexes were observed and determined at different times.The results indicate that soluble proteins content increase then decrease,and soluble sugar content increase after the treatment;the order of draught resistance of three species of liana is: Lonicera japonica>Macfadyena unguis-cati>Thunbergia grandiflora.
