| 摘 要： | 以玉米的幼胚为外植体，初步研究了培养基、幼胚大小及幼胚的放置方式对愈伤组织诱导的影响。得到了“A188”Ⅱ型愈伤组织，经分化得到再生植株，再生植株的成活率比较高。建立了完善的“A188”幼胚组织培养体系。
