摘    要:为了研究探索适合伊犁河谷绵羊的驱虫药物,并验证现今驱虫药物使用的不合理性,试验选取昭苏县军马场自然感染体内外寄生虫的55只断奶羔羊分别使用丙硫苯咪唑片剂、伊维菌素注射液、吡喹酮三种药物进行驱虫试验.结果表明:丙硫苯咪唑片剂驱虫后第30 d线虫虫卵与吸虫虫卵减少率为100;,绦虫虫卵减少率为61;;伊维菌素驱虫后第30 d螨病与羊狂蝇蚴病减少率为100;,绦虫虫卵减少率为0;;吡喹酮驱虫后第30 d绦虫虫卵减少率为100;,同时试验结果表明感染绦虫的羊只体重在5月龄极显著低于未感染的羊只(P<0.01).通过试验,证明了伊犁河谷地区绵羊仅使用伊维菌素与丙硫苯咪唑片剂不能达到良好的驱虫效果.应配合使用吡喹酮方能达到效果.

Abstract:The objective of this paper was to investigate the anthelminthic effect on sheep in Hi River Valley and test its reasonable utilization.The 55 weaned lambs were selected from Zhaosu County Army Horst - breeding Farm tested by Albendazole,Ivermectin and Praziquzntel.The result showed that the eggs of Nematode and Trematode were decresaed by 100%after using Albendazole for 30 d the eggs of cestode were decreased by 61%, the Acarid and Nostril didease rate were decreased by 100%after using Irermectin for 30 d,the Nostril disease rate was decreased by 100%,the eggs of cestode were decreased by 0%,the eggs of cestode were decreased by 100% after using Praziquzntel for 30 d.At the same time,the result showed that the body weight of sheep at 5 month age infected with cestode were significantly lower than that of the sheep who was not infected with cestode(P<0.01). This test result showed that the only combination of Albendazole,Ivermectin and Praziquantel conld perform the best antieolic effect on sheep in Ili River Valley.
