辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)雄性不育小孢子发育过程中物质代谢研究

摘    要:以两个同质异核辣椒雄性不育系及其相应的保持系和恢复系为材料,对不同发育时期花蕾中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及丙二醛含量进行了比较研究。结果表明,在花蕾发育过程中,1442A中可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖均低于1442B和1442C,但13733C中的含量却明显低于13733A和13733B2;不育系中可溶性蛋白含量在不育发生前高,而可溶性糖含量在不育发生后高;花冠露出之后,不育系花蕾中的MDA含量低于可育系,且随着花蕾发育呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde were compared among male sterile lines,their maintainer lines and restorer lines of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) blossom bud at different developmental stages.The result showed that,with the blossom buds developing,the content of soluble protein and sugar in 1442A was lower than those in 1442B or 1442C,but in 13733C the content was remarkably lower than those in 13733A or 13733B.In CMS lines,the content of protein before abortion was higher than that after abortion,but as for soluble sugar,the result was reverse.After the corolla was out of the calyx,contents of MDA in CMS lines were lower than those in fertile lines,and became lower and lower with the growth of flower buds;maybe male sterility intensified the lowing of MDA content.
