车辆典型薄壁梁结构碰撞模拟研究与参数选择

摘    要:车辆的抗撞性能主要取决于车辆结构中薄壁梁部件的吸能特性,针对典型薄壁梁结构的碰撞变形特点,本文应用高度非线性动力有限元分析方法进行了有关的模拟计算,从实用角度出发,通过具体算例,有选择性介绍了不同因素和计算参数选择对计算结果的影响,对有限元模型的建立和计算提出了建议。

Abstract:Energy absorption characteristic of thin walled beam type structures is of vital importance to the crashworthiness of vehicles. With efficient nonlinear dynamic finite element techniques, the collapes modes of thin walled structures are accurately simulated in this paper. Several factors and parameters selection affecting the results of crash simulation are analyzed. Guidelines to build more reasonable finite element models for crash simulation purpose are also discussed.
