| 摘 要： | 中国西南地区多为山区,其环境背景有利于灾害的形成,成为制约西南地区经济发展的主要因素之一.研究中国西南地区灾害活动和危害特点,探讨减灾对策,做好灾害防治,成为新农村建设的重要课题,对于解决"三农"问题具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | Southwestern China is a mountainous area,and its environmental background is advantageous for the disaster formation.Disaster has become one of the primary restriction factors of economic development.Along with the implementation of Western China Development Strategy and the construction of new countryside,there will be the problems of disaster prevention and disaster reduction inevitably.To learn about the disaster activity in the southwestern Chinese and its harmful characteristics,the disaster reduction countermeasure was discussed and the disaster prevention became the important topic in the construction of new countryside.It had practical significant meanings in agriculture,the peasants and the countryside. |
