摘    要:分析了当前大学生自主学习方面存在的问题,就充分发挥大学图书馆在提升大学生自主学习能力方面的作用,从制定支持政策体系、丰富学习资源、拓展特色学习支持服务、创新良好学习环境与加强图书馆员工能力五个维度,构建了全新的大学图书馆管理模型,并讨论了影响大学图书馆管理模型效力发挥的关键因素。

Abstract:Focusing on the current problems of students' self-learning, and aiming to make university library fully play its role in supporting students' self-learning ability, this research established a new university library management model from five aspects, including making library management policy, building abundant learning resource, expanding learning support service, creating well physical environment and enhancing librarians' capacity. And it also discussed the key factors influencing the effectiveness of this model.
