| 摘 要： | 微信已成为人们的一种生活方式。利用微信公众平台开展微服务,已引起高校馆的重视。通过对 “985工程”高校图书馆微信公众平台建设现状进行调查,发现微信公众号开通、服务内容与功能有待进一步改善。建议了解读者需求,注重用户体验;规范账号申请,加强日常管理;加强功能设计,构建微信息服务;加大宣传力度,提高影响力等方面进行改进。

| Abstract: | WeChat has become a way of life for people. The use of WeChat public platform in carrying out micro-service has caused the attention of university library. By investigating the present situation of WeChat public platforms of "985 Project" University Libraries, it found that WeChat public platform opening, service contents and functions needed to be further improved. Suggestions were given as follows: knowing readers' needs of and focusing on users' experience; standardizing account application and strengthening the daily management; strengthening the function design and constructing micro information service; enhancing the propaganda and increasing the influence. |
