| 摘 要： | 农业合作经济组织具有专业经济、规模经济、交易费用节约和农业产业结构调整效应。目前,我国农业合作经济组织主要有农民自助型、企业主导型和政府主导型三种类型的组织形成和利益联结方式。

| Abstract: | The agricultural cooperative organizations can achieve the marketization, specialization and enlarged scale of agriculture, promoting optimization of agricultural economic structure. Its main participant are farmer, business enterprise and government , they connected in deferent way. |
