棉蚜茧蜂发育及成蜂寿命的影响因子

摘    要:在室内条件下,对棉蚜茧蜂发育及成蜂寿命的影响因子进行研究。结果表明,22℃,光照16h/d,RH60%-80%下,棉蚜茧蜂个体发育历经卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫4个阶段,一个世代需12.5d;卵的发育起点温度为7.06℃,完成一个世代需有效积温为176.95日度。发育历期、成蜂寿命均随温度的升高而缩短,在10%蜜水饲喂的情况下,成蜂的寿命有显著延长。

Abstract:In the laboratory of controlled conditions at 22, 16L8D, and RH60%-80%, Lysiphlebia japonica passed the four stages of egg, larva, pupa and adult, which lasted for 12.5d on generation. The development zero temperature of egg was 7.06. The effective temperature summation to complete a generation was 176.95 day degrees. The immature development period and the mean life span of adult decreased gradually as the temperature rose, and the adult longevity prolonged by supplying with 10% honey solution.
