灰色系统理论应用于辣椒数量性状的遗传分析

摘    要:运用灰色系统的理论和方法,对影响辣椒产量的几个数量性状间以及果部性状间的相互关系进行了分析。结果表明,各个性状对产量的关联度由大到小的次序为单果重、果实横径、株高、结果数、果肉厚、果实纵径、心室数、开花期、株幅、座果期、显蕾期。其中以单果重、果实横径、株高、结果数对辣椒产量影响最大。在影响果形的果部性状中,以单果重、果实横径的作用最大。

Abstract:The effect of main quantitative traits on yield of pepper and the correlation of fruit's traits were studied by gray correlative degree analysis.The results showed that the correlative degree to the yield per plant ranked from weight of per fruit,fruit width,plant height,number of fruit,pulp thickness,fruit length,number of ventricles,flower period,plant width,fruit setting period,and floral period.The weight of per plant,fruit width,plant height and number of fruit were closely related to yield.Among them,the effect of weight of per plant,fruit width on fruit shape were the most important traits.
