不同叶龄七叶树叶片面积、叶色及主要物质含量变化研究

摘    要:为明确七叶树叶片早春叶色变化的原因,选用不同叶龄的叶片,测定了其叶绿素、花色素苷以及主要内含物的含量变化。研究表明:随叶龄的增大,叶片面积和比叶重急剧增大,在展叶12 d后的叶面积、比叶重分别比展叶2 d时增大了8.66倍和1.57倍;随叶龄增大,叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量增加,花色素苷含量、蛋白质的含量降低,花色素苷/叶绿素的比值也急剧减小,12 d时的比值比2 d时的降低了99.68%。相关分析发现:蛋白质含量、氨基酸含量与花色素苷/叶绿素均呈显著正相关;而可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量与花色素苷/叶绿素均呈显著负相关。其原因可能与叶片在发育中花色素苷被降解、叶绿素合成增加、光合作用增强、光合产物积累有关。

Abstract:The contents of chlorophyll and anthocyanin were studied in the leaf of Chinese buckeye in spring in the paper.It was shown that the leaf area and the specific leaf weight increased rapidly with the increasing of leaf age.For example,the leaf area and the specific leaf weight on 12 d were 8.659 and 1.57 times greater than that of 2 d respectively.The chlorophyll contents increased and the anthocyanin contents decreased as the leaf age increasing.The ratio of chlorophyll/anthocyanin was decreased rapidly.The ratio in 12 d was reduced 99.68% of that in 2 d.The correction analysis showed that the contents of protein and amino acid were significant positive correlation with the ratio of chlorophyll/anthocyanin.But the contents of sugar and starch showed obviously negative correlation with the ratio of chlorophyll/anthocyanin.It might be related to the anthocyanin decompositions and the photosynthetic products accumulations.
