| 摘 要： | 1DG 210旋耕垅作复膜机的主要部件是整形器、压膜轮和复土铧. 旋耕垅作复膜机的关键部件是整形器和复土铧.前者既要满足农艺要求的垅宽、垅高,又要为覆膜、压膜和复土创造有利的工作条件.为此设计时考虑如何能形成“双垅一沟”的垅形断面,是保证覆膜机作业质量的关键.复土铧采用备有弹簧加压机构半螺旋曲面,入土能力强,扣土性能好,结构简单,不但减轻了整机重量,还大大缩短了机组长度.

| Abstract: | Ridge former, film press wheel and share coverer are the major components of the 1DG210 Rototiller-Riger-Mulcher.
The key parts of mulcher are ridger former and share coverer. The size of the ridge, its width and height are depended on the ridge former to meet the needs for plant growing, it also provided a good working condition for spreading film pressing film and covering soil.
Tae designing concept of the former is to keep a"double ridge-one furrow" ridge configuration, which is critical in mulcher's performance.
Shave coverer has a semi-helical curve and pressure spring mechanism,with good penetrating and soil turning capability, the simplicity of its structure not only ligtens its weight but also reduces the length of the machine. |
