城市拾荒农民工的地位及其在城乡经济发展中的作用

作为农村劳动力流向城市的一种形式,城市拾荒农民工的地位是矛盾的;这种矛盾地位表现为拾荒农民工的所劳和所得之间严重失衡。分析了城市拾荒农民工通过特殊的生产方式,为城市的经济发展和环境保护、增加农民收入、繁荣农村经济、促进城乡二元社会结构的融合,发挥的重要作用和做出的积极贡献;以及因为行业的性质、自身的素质,而得不到应有的社会认可与遭受到的社会歧视和偏见。从社会公平制度、城市拾荒农民工的素质,提出了相应的对策。
