灭幼脲III号胶悬剂防治马尾松毛虫的研究

通过室内、林间罩笼和林间小区试验系统地测定了灭幼脲III号（Dimilin III）胶悬剂对不同世代马尾松毛虫4龄幼虫的作用效果，并通过测定排粪量分析了使用灭幼脲III减少松毛虫取食情况。研究结果表明，灭幼脲Ⅲ号对马尾松毛虫4龄幼虫的致死中浓度（LC50）为41.70 mg/kg,，松毛虫在取食经50 mg/kg灭幼脲III胶悬剂溶液浸泡处理的松针3d后即出现取食量下降，6d后，用50 mg/kg和250 mg/kg灭幼脲III号胶悬剂溶液处理的幼虫均体重分别下降了62.09%和89.95％。林间应用结果表明，灭幼脲III对第2代马尾松毛虫的防治效果最好，防效可达95%以上，第1代和第3代防效受温度影响变异较大。

Study of Dimilin III suspension concentrate on controlling Dendrolimus Punctatus

Abstract The effect of dimilin III SC on 4-instar Dendrolimus Punctatus of different generations was studied in detail in present paper by indoor test, cage experiments and field application, and evaluated the effect of pine needle loss reducing by quantifying dejecta. The results showed that the median lather concentration (LC50) of dimilin III on 4-instar Dendrolimus Punctatus was 41.70ppm, and the feeding was reduced after 3 days when feed on the needle treated by 50ppm similin III SC. The tested worm lose weight by 62.09% (50ppm treated) and 89.95% (250ppm treated), respectively. The field research showed that the effect is best on 2nd generation Dendrolimus Punctatus.
