| 摘 要： | 采用参与式农村评估 (PRA)的农村社会调查研究方法 ,对铜壁关自然保护区等嘎片区调查分析 ,制定社区环境行动计划 ,概述了等嘎一队及班岭二队的基本情况 ,并对主要问题进行了分析研究 ,提出了拟定社区发展项目、成立森林共管委员会、建立严格的资金管理制度、制定森林共管规章制度 4项措施

| Abstract: | The situation of Dengga part of Tongbiguan Nature Reserve was surveyed and analyzed with the aid of participatory rural appraisal, and the Community Environment Action Plan was formulated. The basic situation of a villagers'group of Dengga Administrative Village and a villages'group of Banling Administrative Village, were described. The main problems were analyzed as well. Four categories of measures focusing on the proper management of forest resources were put forward as: 1) Planning the community development project; 2) Establishing forest comanagement committee; 3) Formulating the strict rules of fund management; 4) Formulating the rules and regulations of forest comanagement. |
