小青杨与胡杨杂交及其杂种后代分子鉴定

为探讨胡杨与杨属其他派树种远缘杂交的可行性，该研究以小青杨为母本、胡杨为父本进行人工授粉杂交，发现胡杨花粉能够在小青杨雌蕊柱头上萌发，并最终获得了6株杂交后代。杂种幼苗的生长势强弱差异明显，其叶片均为披针形，与父本胡杨幼苗以及萌条的叶形相似; 在SSR标记初步鉴定的基础上，进一步采用AFLP分子标记技术及相应的统计分析，证明父本与母本对子代遗传物质的贡献是等同的，杂交后代是胡杨与小青杨杂交的真杂种。 

Production and molecular identification of hybrids between Populus pseudo-simonii Kitag.and P.euphratica Oliv.
