60Co-γ射线辐照处理后大豆M2农艺性状的遗传变异

摘    要:利用150 Gy60Co-γ射线对10大豆品种(系)的干种子加以辐照处理,研究了 M2代主要农艺性状的遗传变异.结果表明:(1)遗传力的大小顺序为:结荚高度>主茎节数>主茎有效分枝始节>株高>荚长>茎粗>单株荚数>单株粒数>荚宽>主茎分枝数.(2)分别从各品种的M2分离群体中选出株高、茎粗、结荚高度、百粒重、生育期、种皮颜色等一批变异类型.

Abstract:M 2 Generation of 10 varieties(lines) which was radiated with 60 Co γ ray ,were studied on agronomic and yield character The result showed that(1) Genetic variance from high to low were as followings :height of first pod per plant, nodes of main stem, nodes of first variable branch , plant height, pod length, stem thick, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, pod wide, branch number of main stem (2) The plant height, pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, plant to row of 10 between varieties had a highly variation (3) The variant materials for plant height, stem thick, height of first pod per plant, 100 grain weight, period of duration, color of seed vessel were selected from M 2 generation of 10 varieties (lines) respectively
