| 摘 要： | 概述了温带地区玉米育种资源狭窄对生产所造成的危害问题,回顾了热带亚热带种质的特点及在温带种质改良中所具有的独特优势及限制因素,介绍了热带种质在温带育种应用所采用的主要方法,以及在种质创新与自交系的选育中所进行的有益尝试和取得的重要成就。

| Abstract: | The current status and potential hazards of narrow germplasm available for maize breeding in temperate region were introduced and summarized,the characteristics of the germplasm from tropieal region, the advantage and limitation using these kind of materials for the improvement of temperate stuff were reviewed. The main methods, useful practices and important achievements in the germplasm innovation and inbred lines development by（semi-）tropical germplasm in temperate maize growing area were also recommended. |
