| 摘 要： | 分析了农业科技创新体系运行机制存在的主要问题,提出了建立法律机制、合作机制、管理机制、用人机制、投入机制和科技风险保障机制等新型农业科技创新体系运行机制,旨在以机制创新促进科技创新,形成具有中国特色的"开放、流动、合作、发展"的高效运行机制,促进农业科技创新体系良性运行和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The main problems in the operation mechanism of agricultural science and technology innovation system were analyzed.To promote the science and technology innovation by mechanism innovation,form the high effective operation mechanism,and promote the good operation and sustainable development of agricultural science and technology innovation system,the new operation mechanism including legal mechanism,cooperative mechanism,management system,employment mechanism,input mechanism and technology risk protection mechanism should be established. |
