扩展三向测交设计及其分析方法

摘    要:本文对Kearsey和Jinks(1968)提出的完全三向测交(fTTC)设计作了推广,提出了“扩展三向测交”(aTTC)设计。该设计只在原设计的基础上增加被测个体的自交后代,或者另加两个或三个测验系,使试验规模扩大1/4~1/3,并不增加杂交工作量。这一设计可提供若干种检验上位性的方法。当试验包括测验系时,还能估计出上位性效应的大小,并检验模型的适合性。在不存在上位性时,本设计还能提供另外两种独立估计显性变异分量H的方法,并可以从多个方面获得加性显性模型下各种均值分量的估值。这大大地丰富了三向测交分析的内容。

Abstract:An augmented triple test cross (aTTC) was proposed as all exension of the fulltriple test cross (fTTC) design described by Kearsey and Jinks(1968). The extendeddesign was similar to fTTC except that the sells of the individuals or lines under testand two or three testers were included in the experiment. The total number of crossesdid not increase but the experiment size increased by 1/4 to 1/3. We also providedseveral methods for detecting epistasis in the new design. The epistatic effects could beestimated and the goodness of fit of the model could be tested when at least two testerswere involved in the experiment, In the absence of epistasis, two additional methodsfor estimating the dominance component H, could be employed and the components ofgeneration means in the additive-dominance model could be estimated in different ways.
