| Abstract: | Summary Spilocaea pyracanthae (Otth) v. Arx comb. nov. (Syn.:Fusicladium pyracanthae (Otth) Viennot-Bourg.), the scab fungus ofPyracantha coccinea, overwinters in its conidial stage on the living leaves and on twigs. No perithecial stage could be found the last three years on overwintered fallen leaves. |
